Kassia brings more than 20 years of customer service experience and a genuine passion for helping people to The Ryan Agency team. She began her insurance career in 2020 as a receptionist and has worked her way up through the industry ever since.
At The Ryan Agency, Kassia serves as our Client Service Representative, supporting clients across every line of business — from personal insurance to agriculture and commercial coverage. Through this role, Kassia enjoys building relationships with clients and helping make the insurance process a little easier to navigate.
Originally from Philadelphia, Kassia now calls Hoosick Falls, New York home. She may now live in New York, but her heart still belongs to Philly — especially when it comes to her beloved Eagles. She's a lifelong Birds fan through and through.
Outside of work, Kassia is a busy mom who loves spending time with her children and watching them compete in their various sporting events. When she's not on the sidelines, you can probably find her with an iced coffee from Dunkin' in hand.
For Kassia, the best part of her job has always been the people. After more than two decades in customer service, she's learned that sometimes the most important thing you can do is simply listen, help, and make someone's day a little easier. That people-first approach is something she brings to every client she works with — because at The Ryan Agency, protecting what matters most starts with truly caring about the person in front of you.
